Too many links were gone a few weeks after the swap.
Swappsy started with link builders who were tired of the usual routine: cold emails that never got a reply, link exchange groups full of spam, and partners who promised a link nobody could check.
Too often the link was gone a few weeks after the swap, and there was no record of who had kept their word. So we built one place where every link gets checked, and where a good track record follows you from deal to deal.

Nothing self-reported
How reputation is earned
Nothing on a Swappsy profile is self-reported. Every number comes from something that happened.
- Completed deals
- A deal completes only when our crawler finds both links on real pages. Nobody marks it done by hand.
- Links still live
- Counted from daily checks of every page where a link was placed.
- Ratings
- Only a partner who finished a deal with a site can rate it. Percentages such as on time show after 3 completed deals, so a single deal never reads as 100%.
- Points and strikes
- Finishing deals on time and keeping links live earns points. A link removed within 90 days is a strike. From the third strike, you are hidden from partner search for 30 days after your latest one.
- Live
On the page, with the agreed anchor and rel.
- Changed
Still on the page, but the anchor or rel is different, for example dofollow became nofollow.
- Pending
Agreed but not on the page yet. The partner still has time before the deadline.
- Removed
The link or the whole page is gone. Both sides hear about it.

Owners choose whether their site is listed, and can hide its public page at any time. Brand pages and people's names only appear when they opt in.

Google gets exactly the page a signed-out visitor gets. We never unmask anything for crawlers.
Points unlock reach, never money
Points raise how many posts you can have active: 5 to start, 10 from 100 points, 20 from 400. They never turn into money.
