The free trial
14 days of Pro or Agency, one trial for each member. We ask for a card so billing can start on day 15, and we email you three days before. Cancel during the trial and your access ends right away with nothing charged. Once you have paid, there are no refunds.
What each limit means
- Sites
- Sites you can add to your account.
- Backlinks watched
- Links Swappsy checks for you, up to your plan's limit.
- Open deals
- Deals where you haven't placed your link yet. A deal stops counting once you paste the page with your link.
- Requests a day
- Requests you can send in any 24 hours.
- Requests a month
- Requests you can send to partners in a calendar month.
- Overdue deals allowed
- At this many deals past their deadline, you can't send new requests.
- Extra active posts
- Posts you can keep live at once, on top of the 5, 10 or 20 your points give you.
- Team seats
- People on your team, you included. A team shares its verified sites and these limits.
- Renewal reminders
- Swappsy tells you before a link's end date.
How paid plans are billed
Paid through Dodo Payments
Dodo Payments is our reseller and merchant of record. It takes the payment and also charges any sales tax.
Cancel any time
Plans renew automatically until you cancel. A cancelled paid plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Cancelling during a free trial ends it at once, with nothing charged. If a payment fails, your plan stays for up to 7 days while you update your card. After your plan ends, anything over the Free limits is paused, not deleted, and comes back when you upgrade.
No refunds
Plan fees are not refunded, and part of a period is not refunded either, unless the refund policy says otherwise. See also section 9 of the Terms of service.
Questions about the trial
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Choose Pro or Agency and start the trial. You enter a card on Dodo's payment page, and $0 is charged today. You get the whole plan for 14 days. On day 15 the first payment is taken: $4.99 a month for Pro or $29.99 a month for Agency, or the yearly price if you picked yearly. We email you three days before.
What if I cancel during the trial?
Your paid access ends right away and nothing is charged. You go back to Free. Anything over the Free limits is paused, not deleted, and comes back if you upgrade. When you cancel you choose what stays active.
What if I cancel after I have paid?
Your plan stays until the end of the period you paid for, then you move to Free. Anything over the Free limits is paused then, not deleted, and you choose what stays active when you cancel.
Can I get a refund?
No. Plan fees are not refundable once paid, and there are no refunds for part of a period. The free trial is there so you can try the plan first. Read the Refund policy.
Can I take the trial more than once?
There is one free trial for each member. If you have used yours, a paid plan starts billing as soon as you upgrade.
