Refund policy

Plain answers on free trials, cancelling and refunds. In short: try a paid plan free for 14 days, cancel any time in the trial and pay nothing. Once a payment is taken, it is not refunded.
1.Free trial
Paid plans may start with a free trial of 14 days. When a trial is on offer, you will see it on the Pricing page and at checkout.
- You add a card at checkout so the plan can continue if you keep it. Nothing is charged during the trial.
- You can cancel at any time during the trial and you pay nothing. Cancel on the Plans page.
- When you cancel a trial, your access to the paid plan ends straight away and your account goes back to Free. You keep everything you have added; going over a Free limit never deletes anything, it only stops you adding more.
- If you do not cancel, the first payment is taken when the trial ends. We email you 3 days before, with the amount and the date.
- Each member can have one free trial.
2.Paid plans
- Fees are non-refundable once they have been charged.
- Plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
- After you cancel, you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for. Then your account goes back to Free.
- We do not give refunds for part of a billing period, for example if you cancel halfway through a month or a year.
You can cancel at any time on the Plans page.
3.Black Friday and sale prices
Plans bought at a sale price, such as the Black Friday sale, follow the same rules as any other paid plan: fees are non-refundable once charged, and cancelling stops renewal but keeps the plan until the end of the period you paid for.
A sale price stays the same on every renewal while you stay subscribed. It ends if you cancel and the plan runs out, if you switch plan or billing period, or if a payment is refunded.
If you start a free trial during the Black Friday sale (Nov 1 to 23:59 UTC on Dec 1, 2026), your first payment and every renewal after it are charged at the sale price, even if the first payment is after the sale ends.
4.Marketplace orders
When you buy a placement in the marketplace, you pay the seller directly. Swappsy does not process, hold or refund these payments, and it takes no fee or commission on them. If something goes wrong with an order, use the order's messages and the dispute options in the app. The rules are in Terms of service, section 9.3 Marketplace Placements.
5.Your legal rights
Some countries give people a legal right to cancel an online purchase, or to a refund, in certain cases. One example is the 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase in the EU and the UK. If the law where you live gives you a right like this, we follow it. Nothing on this page takes those rights away, except one you knowingly give up as described next.
In the EU and the UK, before checkout we ask you to tick a box: “Start my plan now. I understand I give up my 14-day right to cancel and get a refund.” You need to tick it to continue, because your plan starts straight away.
6.Payments by Dodo Payments
Paid plans are sold and billed by Dodo Payments, our reseller and merchant of record. Your card is charged by Dodo Payments, and any refund we agree to, or the law requires, is paid by them.
For billing questions, open Manage billing to see your payments, update your card or cancel. You can also contact us.

Paid plans can be cancelled at any time. Cancelling stops renewal, and a trial costs nothing if you cancel before it ends.
