Swappsy is a link building platform designed to help users grow their online presence through strategic backlink networks and content partnerships. Our platform connects marketers, content creators, and website owners for legitimate link building activities.

• When a deal or order is reported, or to look into fraud or misuse, Swappsy staff may read the messages and links on that deal or order

4.User Accounts and Responsibilities

4.1 Account Creation

• One person or entity per account

6.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• WE ARE NOT LIABLE for any traffic drops, SEO penalties, or negative impacts to your website
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE for actions or omissions of other platform users
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

7.Intellectual Property

7.2 User Content

By posting content, you grant us:

• Worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content
• Right to modify, distribute, and display your content
• Right to use your content for marketing purposes

8.Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We share information only as needed to operate the platform, support users, maintain security, meet legal obligations, or with your direction or consent.

9.Payment Terms

9.1 Fees

• Using Swappsy is free. Paid plans are optional and raise the limits of your account
• Plan fees are non-refundable once charged. See our Refund policy
• Plan prices may change with 30 days notice
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes
• Paid plans may start with a 14-day free trial, one for each member. You add a card at checkout and nothing is charged during the trial. Cancel during the trial and you won't be charged; access to the paid plan ends when you cancel. If you don't cancel, the first payment is taken when the trial ends
• If you cancel a paid plan after paying, it runs to the end of the period you paid for
• In the EU and the UK you agree at checkout to give up your 14-day right to cancel and get a refund, because your plan starts straight away. See the Refund policy

9.2 Billing

• Paid plans are sold and billed by Dodo Payments, our reseller and merchant of record, which also charges any sales tax
• Plans renew automatically until you cancel. A canceled plan runs to the end of the period you paid for
• If a payment fails, your plan stays for up to 7 days while you update your card. After your plan ends, your account goes back to the Free limits. Anything over those limits is paused, not deleted, and comes back when you upgrade
• No refunds for partial usage periods. See the Refund policy

9.3 Marketplace Placements

• Swappsy charges no fee or commission on placements bought and sold in the marketplace
• The buyer pays the seller directly. Swappsy does not process, hold, refund or recover these payments
• The contract for a placement is between buyer and seller. Swappsy checks and monitors the published link and may record strikes or remove accounts, as set out in the marketplace terms shown when you order or sell

9.4 Affiliates

• Affiliates earn a commission on plan payments made by people they referred, at the rate and for the period shown on the Affiliates page
• A commission is withdrawn if its payment is refunded. Self-referrals and misleading promotion are not allowed

10.Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

11.Termination

11.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

11.2 By Us

We may terminate your access immediately for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Harmful or disruptive behavior
• Being highly reported by other users
• Legal or regulatory requirements

12.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Swappsy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you submit or share

13.Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law.

13.2 Arbitration

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings.

14.General Provisions

14.1 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

14.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Swappsy.

14.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

15.Third-Party Content & Links

Swappsy users may share third-party links or content. We do not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for such content. Clicking external links is at your own risk.
