Add and verify your site

You can only post, send requests, place links in deals and sell placements from sites you have verified. Verifying proves the site is yours, so partners know they're dealing with the owner.

The quickest way: Google Search Console

1. Open Sites and click Connect Search Console.
2. Sign in with the Google account that has your sites in Search Console, and allow read-only access.
3. Every site where you are an owner or a full user is added and verified at once.

Swappsy also reads your sites' Google clicks for the last 28 days, so partners see real traffic instead of a number you typed. It refreshes every night.

Other ways to verify

Click Add a site by hand, then pick one of these in the Verify box:

• DNS record: add the TXT record Swappsy shows at your domain, then click Check.
• Meta tag: paste the tag into your home page's <head>, then click Check.
• Email: Swappsy sends a 6-digit code to an address at your domain (for example you@yoursite.com).

Your public site page

Each verified site can have a public page on swappsy.net with its niche, traffic, completed deals and ratings. Turn it on or off with the switch next to the site.
