Payment details, sales history and invoices

Earnings holds your payment details, your sales history and your invoices. Swappsy takes no fee and never holds the money: buyers pay sellers directly.

Payment details

Save your PayPal email or your Wise details, and a payment note if you want one. A buyer sees them on an order once you accept it, and pays you outside Swappsy.

Sales history

Your sales history lists the orders you sold. There is no Swappsy balance and nothing to withdraw.

Refunds

Swappsy can't refund an order, because it never holds the money. If something goes wrong, open a dispute or report a problem on the order and a Swappsy admin decides. If it's decided for the buyer, the order is closed against the seller with a strike.

Invoices

Every paid order has a printable record: buyers get an invoice with their billing details, sellers get a sales statement. Both say the buyer paid the seller directly. Open one from the Invoices list and click Download PDF.
